Happy New Year 2nd Quarter!

Our first rotation this quarter is Breads, kind of where I left off a month ago. Enjoy the following pictures taken by a 1st quarter student Margette. We got to "train" the 1st quarter by coming in early and forming all the doughs in huge mixers and mise en placing (if that can be pluralized) all the ingredients.
Lot's of work, glad I'm through.
