An interlude of Bread

Sage and Rosemary Fougasse
To me there is nothing quite like doing it yourself, especially when it comes to delicious fermented foods. All but the baguettes were made using a preferment, similar to a sourdough starter. So easy to make! You just need a day ahead to add yeast, water and flower thus giving your bread that great taste and flavor you'd pay $5 plus for in the grocery store.

6-Fold Baguettes

Buckwheat Pear and Walnut

White Rye

Sonnenblummenbrot Sunflower Bread

Hawaiian Sweet Pineapple Bread

PINEAPPLES!
